Dear students of the Faculty of Visual Arts and Design,

It is my distinct pleasure to address you, reaffirming the central role that students play in the academic journey and emphasizing the faculty’s unwavering commitment to providing a distinguished educational environment—one that fosters creativity, cultivates critical thinking, and keeps pace with the rapid developments in the fields of art and design.

The Faculty of Visual Arts and Design at Benha National University stands as a specialized academic institution committed to preparing highly qualified graduates capable of competing in both local and global markets. This is achieved through dynamic and integrated academic programs that blend theoretical knowledge with hands-on application, all built upon internationally recognized standards in art and design education.

The Academic Programs Directorate places great emphasis on continuously developing course content and learning tools, incorporating cutting-edge digital technologies and advanced design techniques such as 3D printing, virtual reality, and interactive design into the academic and practical training experience.

The faculty’s academic offerings cover a wide range of high-demand specializations, most notably Media and Advertising Arts, where students gain expertise in visual content creation, digital advertising design, and the production of professional multimedia capable of effective communication and impact. Additionally, the Interior and Furniture Design program occupies a central position in the curriculum, aiming to equip students with the skills required to design functional and aesthetically compelling interior spaces, while fostering innovation in furniture design that aligns with the needs of contemporary users.
